Established in 2000 with a modest office on the outskirts of Stoke-on-Trent, from the very outset we combined leading-edge technology with a personal touch and genuine experience. Today, we are still based in Stoke, but in larger smarter premises on Innovation Way in the Genesis Business Centre; it is a perfect address!
Our founders, many of whom are still active in the company had a deep level of showroom and customer-facing experience. This insight of the operating processes and pressures on the showroom were overlaid with a deep understanding of the needs of car and van buyers. By fusing this insight with technology and a broad level of finance products from carefully assessed finance providers the business provided a compelling approach that added an extra string to the bow of showrooms nationwide.
In the years since launching, the business’ founding principles remain deeply interwoven into the way we continue to work today. The business has grown in scale and reach, but the empathy for dealers and their customers underlines our approach.

The evidence of this ethos is the large number of dealers with whom we have worked for over ten years and who value our service-led approach.
We have long found that working side-by-side with dealers, their customers and our finance suppliers for shared success is the way to go. Transparency and fairness may now be enshrined into the requirements of our industry regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) but for us, these have always represented the route to long-term success and the creation of a reputation of which we are very proud.
We work continuously to link the most appropriate finance option to each customer.
In striving to help every customer to finance the car they want, we are ever-mindful that we have a responsibility to ensure that the debt is something they can afford and that the risk to the finance provider is an acceptable one. In such occasions, dealers rely upon our authenticity; they know that we have done our utmost to establish a solution and that a recommendation not to proceed is only delivered where we earnestly believe finance is unlikely to be in the interests of all parties.
In late 2018, Jigsaw Finance was recognised as the Broker of Year at the DealTrak F&I Conference. Up against, other leading finance brokerages and judged by key industry experts, this was a tremendous honour. This award recognised the capacity of the team at Jigsaw to go that extra step and to do so with the interests of the customer, dealer and lender to the forefront.
As well as our broad finance offering and expertise, we are also proud of our 'Optimus' technology. Developed to speed up the financing process, technology aligned with our service-ethos and product range, provides us with an edge our dealers' value.
Geographically, we operate right across the UK with our sales consultants available on the telephone to talk to dealers and their customers alike.
In terms of what we can help finance; if it has wheels and an engine generally we can help! Classically we specialise in cars and vans, but we like to help wherever we can and to this end our portfolio contains; motorcycles, motorhomes, and HGVs.
In terms of the products we can offer, well in short, we have what we believe is one of the broadest product line-ups in the market, including; Hire Purchase, Personal Contract Purchase, Lease Purchase, Personal Contract Hire, Lease, Personal Loans, and Variable Rate Finance and aim to be able to provide a suitable finance solution right across the risk curve.
